National Secretariat Guide
This guide is intended to be of use to the administrative personnel of Junior Chamber National Organizations. Although comprehensive enough to be utilized by those National Organizations with a staff of several full-time people, those whose administrative duties are performed by a professional secretary or a volunteer appointed by the National President will also find it informative and useful.
Even though some sections will not be applicable to smaller National Organizations, those, which are applicable, provide the information necessary to perform the administrative functions with certain restraints.
Junior Chamber International believes firmly that a key element for the continual and orderly growth of our organization is the effective administration of each National Organization.
Junior Chamber International has a professional staff in association management and can help your National Organization with advice, visits, plans, etc. Feel free to contact JCI Headquarters for assistance in your national administration.
We welcome your comments, criticisms, and suggestions so that we may continually improve our services to you. Let us know your chapter’s other needs and our professional staff will be happy to assist you. Please be specific in your requests so that we can provide you with pertinent suggestions, publications, and advice. We are here to help you in whatever way we can.
