Sobre JCI Lead

We are proud to have people like you! If you are part of the group of people that have taken the decision of being part of JCI Lead you are some one committed with self development as and individual and as a business, community, family and international leader.

We produce JCI Leaders in JCI. We deeply believe that the best leaders come from the best education. That is the reason that we founded in 1990 the JCI Training Institute, a center for learning, development and improvement of our leaders. Since that year we have conducted all over the world our two key excellent training programs. JCI Prime and JCI Excel have helped our leaders to enhanced their speaking and training skills, so they can transfer their knowledge to their successors and team members, creating intellectual capital in their chapters, companies and communities.

Committed to Leadership

We know management is important but, as Dr. Steven Covey says, …they are good for the short term, but true success must begin with effective leadership. So we created a balance set of learning opportunities where our emerging leaders can learn how to manage and how to lead.

After having great programs such as Vanguard Leaders back in the 80s and the Future Leaders Forum in the 90s. In 2002, JCI started a research, conducting learning sessions about leadership in the four continental areas to get data about the key roles and competences that a leader must play and have in order to be successful in any domain.

The result was JCI Lead, a two-day-learning experience that can be conducted at our area conferences and World Congress by experience trainers that have been successful leaders at different levels, willing to contribute with their experience and knowledge.

JCI Lead can be taken by those that want to improve their skills as a team, organization or project leader. Although the design was focused in providing awareness and know-how to our chapter and national presidents, JCI Lead can also help leaders from corporations and other NGOs to get better results by improving their performance.

We do not want JCI Lead like those learning programs that "are great while you are there, but then you go back to whatever you were before the program". That is why we want our learning partners to be "dynamic learning partners", preparing themselves before they arrive to the program and work applying the content the days and months after the session in order not to remain in the position of "I know" and rather go to the position of "I changed!"… "I did it!".
