Introduction
This book is designed for use by participants of JCI Designer, The JCI Training Designers Course. It is not an academic manual on educational theory or learning methodology, but a practical tool to help trainers to evaluate participant needs and design training courses to be conducted by efficiently by other trainers.
More than ever before, adults want and need to learn. The growth of technology, the impact of communications and the demands of an increasingly complex world mean that people need to be better equipped to respond. The basis for the JCI Designer course is to teach trainers on how to design courses so they may train others to meet these needs.
