Trainers and Designers
You have been guiding JCI members to higher levels of personal achievement. You can be pleased to look back on all your achievements since graduating from JCI Trainer, and thrilled about the new challenges and opportunities ahead.
Training has been part of your life for many years now and you should feel confident about facing any audience. You have been delivering many good training programs designed by other trainers, but now is the time to learn how to develop your own training programs.
It is important for us, trainers and contributors to the Adult Learning Experience, to find our niche in the marketplace and to prepare a learning program that will become recognized, not only by those we teach in general but also by those practitioners in the field of adult learning. Such recognition is crucial to our credibility and we must be vigilant in our efforts to be as professional as possible in everything we do at all times.
Participation in this course should never be taken as a step towards a career as an officer at the local, national or international level. There is a big difference between a training career and an officer career and one should never be used to promote the other.
Remember that all JCI positions only last a year but learning lasts a lifetime.
