Training Team
To effectively run a JCI Achieve it is recommended that two trainers should be used, although one trainer can do the work.
Head Trainers have been trained to conduct this course and deeply understand its content and objectives are responsible for the entire process overseeing the other trainers, ensuring the sessions are conducted successfully and help them to understand the content of the course.
Assistant Trainers assist Head Trainers conducting the sessions assigned to them. After acting as Assistant Trainer for at least two times, the trainer can participate in the JCI Achieve Train-the-Trainer course.
