INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE (IG)
CNTs seeking Level 3–International Graduate (IG)–are required to:
- Conduct a minimum of 6 training sessions of a total minimum of 25 hours at the international level or equivalent with minimum of 15 hours inside JCI
- Submit the International Graduate Observation form completed by an IG or ITF
- Submit an original One –hour training program to JCI, to be included in the JCI Training Library. It must have been conducted by other trainers who are JCIPrime graduates or higher level trainer of JCI for at least twice
- Submit the International graduate application Form, signed by the NOM TI chairperson or NOM president
Achieving IG level certification is a mark of distinction and personal and professional excellence in adult learning. IGs are trainers who are willing to go the extra distance to help their peers to become stronger leaders, more dynamic trainers, and more effective managers. The world is the field for an IG, and the development of new training programs is an IG’s commitment to JCI.
IGs seeking Level 4–International Training Fellow (ITF)–are required to:
- Conduct a minimum 6 training sessions of a total minimum of 25 hours of training outside their own NOM but inside JCI
- Submit an original three hour training program to JCI to be included in the JCI Training Library. It must have been conducted by CNT or higher level trainers of JCI for at least twice. The training program must include:
- Trainer’s notes
- Participants’ handouts
- Suggested visual aids
- Submit an International Training Fellow application form, signed by the NOM T.I or the NOM president
