JCI Campus Academies
Disponible solamente en Inglés | Version Anglaise Uniquement
In JCI, we have campus academies to prepare our future internal leaders. We follow the model below:
REGIONAL ACADEMIES:
The regional academies are formed in regions with app. 60-100 Local Networks. The model used for the training is the "Gothenburg Model" where the participants will have 4-5 days of intense training in running a Local Network. The participants must be future LP's and must have taken prime before attending.
AREA ACADEMIES:
For these academies, we do not sell chairs but only tables. The aim is to have the future team from each National Network at a table to ensure a time for planning, reflection and strategizing for the National Networks. For larger areas, the academy can be geographically divided to ensure the best ROI for the participating NOMs.
JCI ACADEMY
The JCI Academy is for incoming National Presidents. The Academy will focus on the international understanding, cooperation and synergistic planning for JCI.
CURRICULUM
The Curriculum of the JCI University is divided into to a Core Curriculum and an elective Curriculum. On the following pages, you will find the Curriculums described. The Curriculum is a living document and will evolve continuously. The updates Curriculum will always be at the JCI University website.
