The Mission of the JCI University is:
- To provide the training needed to implement the JCI plan of action, ensuring that JCI members have the right competencies and skills to conduct projects and training seminars, and to serve as JCI local, national or international leaders.
- To provide the training necessary to live our mission by helping our members develop:
- Leadership skills
- Social responsibility
- Fellowship
- Entrepreneurship
The JCI University trains the members through local, national and international learning processes that involve training, projects and taking leadership responsibilities.
The Vision of the JCI University is:
JCI University is the leading Corporate University working with the principle of learning by doing. JCI University will be known for the implementation of theory in practice and by training leaders and entrepreneurs to be able to do, and not just know.
